RECORD, THANKS TO A LAWSUIT BY SCOTT KEVIN BAGWELL AND CINDY CAROL
GREGORY.

This might sound like a typical neighbor dispute, but it is not.
In 1993, I was visited by 2 US Marshals, regarding the occupants next
door. In February of 1996, we became Federal Witnesses/Informants against SELMA
QUINTERO, and Mr. SCOTT KEVIN BAGWELL, who
visited Selma Quintero at her property with CINDY CAROL GREGORY, prior
to the sale of the property.

There were problems with the
property prior to the sale of the house next to us. These problems
existed before the sale, but the buyers had a contract, and the buyers
were aware, as they so state in the last sentence.
Buyer's friend and Coldwell Banker Realtor,
YVONNE FAZIO, agreed to
set up a meeting with me to work out these problems.
There was no meeting. Instead
I received an Injunction and a notice to appear for an RO hearing, from Coldwell Banker Realtor and seller
of the house, SELMA QUINTERO, for "Repeat Domestic Violence."
What Quintero didn't know was that
she had moved into the very neighborhood that CID FBI Agent Warren Martin
lived, the Agent investigating her. She had lived there for 10
months, but claimed she still resided at the Davie Address.
In 2003, after appearing at Town Meetings, and calling Town Officials on
the phone, and writing a letter to the US Department Of Justice, the
Town of Davie assigned Office Robert Labelle to my case. After
some Research, he determined that there never was a Restraining Order
against me, as claimed by SCOTT BAGWELL and CINDY GREGORY.
After showing officer Labelle
documentation, and the extent of involvement of the Town, I have not
heard from him again. It has now been months, and again, the Town
has refused to take a police report of the many felonies committed,
including those felonies committed by Davie Police Officers.
I was asked to say nothing, and
told only attorney Lee H. Schillinger and John A. Brekka, who concealed all of these facts
from the court. I was not served directly. Plaintiffs
Bagwell and Gregory contacted Schillinger and Brekka, AND ATTORNEY LEE H.
SCHILLINGER AND JOHN A. BREKKA SOLICITED ME, and withheld critical information.

There were
numerous problems with Selma Quintero's and "JC's" property

girlfriend and wife of his brother, CINDY CAROL
GREGORY, SENT A NOTARIZED hurtful and defaming LETTER to us.

CINDY CAROL
GREGORY states SHE and her Realtor, YVONNE FAZIO, had a neighbor
CALL ME AT HOME, DISTURBING MY PEACE.
CINDY GREGORY and REALTOR YVONNE FAZIO knew it was MY PROPERTY on
OCTOBER 21, 1996, AFTER PUTTING A CONTRACT ON THE ADJACENT PROPERTY
ON OCTOBER 19, 1996. THIS
CONTRADICTS HER BSO STALKING REPORT, BELOW, THAT I INITIATED
CONTACT, CAME OVER TO HER, AND SHOVED A BUNCH OF DOCUMENTS ON
HER.

HER BEST FRIEND AND REALTOR HAD A NEIGHBOR CALL ME, AND DISTURB ME
IN MY HOME, TO GO OUT AND MEET WITH THEM, AND GIVE THEM INFORMATION
THAT THEY REQUESTED

THIS ALSO CONTRADICTS SELMA QUINTERO'S FALSE AND MALICIOUS
RESTRAINING ORDER, THAT I INTERFERED WITH THESE PEOPLE. *** Oh
