After going into great detail in her deposition, and even filing a Police report, CINDY CAROL GREGORY admits she wasn't even home!

This is stalking of us, causing chaos in our lives by having Police show up for things that were untrue.   She even cried over this in court - She gave a great performance.

This is like the time she had one of Bagwell's friends drive his SUV into our driveway late at night, and shine his bright lights on us as we were feeding and getting water for our dogs.

Bagwell's fence is over 7 feet tall, with about a foot of vines growing on top.  There is no possible way I could get my head over this thing, but the jury believed her. 

I had a picture taken of me standing on a 5 gallon bucket, at the lowest point of the fence line.  GREGORY should have said I was standing on a 50 gallon drum.

The attorney Bagwell sent the summons to hid the fact that Cindy Carol Gregory was not even home!  Cindy Carol Gregory also made a FALSE Police Report of this non-existing incident, further defaming me and causing more stress when Davie Police showed up.   

THIS IS STALKING.  IT IS HARASSMENT THAT SERVES NO PURPOSE OTHER THAN TO FALSELY BUILD A CASE TO SUE SOMEONE OVER THINGS THAT NEVER HAPPENED.
