Contrary to Cindy Carol Gregory's (a.k.a. Cindy Carol Travis) sworn testimony, on the day of the closing, I was hundreds of miles away, getting married that weekend. (see marriage certificate below)

 

1)  Cindy Carol Gregory claims that 'I continually drove back and forth with my windows down in a harassing manner.'

2)  Cindy Carol Gregory states that she had knowledge of this fraudulent Restraining Order, while she was with Selma Quintero the day of the closing, and that it was filed "solely to keep me off of her property" - (to keep me from taking legal action against the sale for Code Violations).

3)  Cindy Carol Gregory states I came up to her (ON THE RESTRAINED PROPERTY), and "Shook her hand and offered to help them move in."

4)  PROBLEM: THEY FILED A RESTRAINING ORDER
TO KEEP ME AWAY FROM THE PROPERTY, and "ALL PARTIES WERE PRESENT," INCLUDING QUINTERO.   I WOULD HAVE BEEN ARRESTED.  THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN A VIOLATION OF POOR MRS. QUINTERO'S RO, WHO WAS AFRAID FOR HER LIFE AND THAT OF HER CHILDREN, AND HAD TO RUSH BACK HOME, WHERE SHE WAS ILLEGALLY  HARBORING HER DEPORTED ALIEN HUSBAND, WHO NEVER SIGNED OFF THE DEED.

5)  Since Cindy Gregory states she aware of the restraining order and its contents, then she helped conceal a fraudulent Restraining Order, which I believe is conspiracy.  

She states under oath that ".... YOU SHOOK MY HAND THE DAY OF THE CLOSING...",  but I was hundreds of miles away, getting married that weekend, and have the marriage certificate to prove it (see below).

This is a sample of the theme of this "letter."  It was very hateful and hurtful to us.

This is more Perjury and Lies under oath.  They put us through hell.

Gregory states that I gave her permission to hop over our 7' barbed-wire topped fence, and that SHE is the one who came over the fence into our yard to get a ball.  I DID NOT GIVE ANYONE PERMISSION TO COME ONTO OUR POSTED PROPERTY, especially these people. Then she goes on to contradict herself and say that our dogs are vicious, barking, watchdogs. 

If you stand on a ladder that is on someone else's property, two rungs above the ground, it's still trespassing.  Actually it wasn't her. Scott Kevin Bagwell lowered CINDY CAROL GREGORY'S son over our 7' fence, into our yard.  She says in her letter to show you the picture, so here is that part of the letter, and the picture is underneath.

If she received our mail by accident, all she had to do was put it in the mailbox in front of our house. 

CINDY GREGORY stated under oath that she is the person on the ladder on the right,
trespassing onto our property.  

This is a small child, who she later identified in court as her 8yr old son (being helped over the fence by SCOTT K. BAGWELL, center).  

The truth is that we were never were invited to their party,
and were going to someone else's New Year's party.  

When I caught BAGWELL lowering Gregory's  8 yr old son over our fence, 
THEN AND ONLY THEN DID HE INVITE MY WIFE AND I OVER FOR A DRINK.

YES CINDY, ONE PICTURE IS WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS.

AFTER CALLING THE TOWN LONG ENOUGH, AND APPEARING AT TOWN MEETINGS, A POLICE OFFICER WAS RECENTLY ASSIGNED TO THIS CASE, AND THE FULL IMPACT OF WHAT HAPPENED IS JUST NOW STARTING TO COME TO LIGHT,  LITTLE BY LITTLE. 

But as of February 21, 2004, we have not heard anything more
