Attorney Lee H. Schillinger and Attorney John A. Brekka withheld this letter from their solicited "client" for almost a year, until shortly before the start of the trial - (from trial transcripts). 

They also withheld printouts of the "hacked" website from the defendant, whom they allegedly represented in this cause.  They also hid other critical information from the court, and double-billed their "client."
