We had a problem refinancing at a lower rate due to the encroachments, code violations,  and flooding from the adjacent property. Selma Quintero was not only the owner/seller of the adjacent property, she also worked out of the same Coldwell Banker Realtor/Broker's office.  Her boss and BROKER, Coldwell Banker/Broker, DAVID MORGAN, signed her deed.


I sent faxes to this Broker, but received a restraining order
for "REPEAT DOMESTIC VIOLENCE" from Realtor Agent/Seller
SELMA QUINTERO, who worked at the same office, and was
harboring her Deported Alien Husband, "JC" - (per FBI CID Agent)


SELMA QUINTERO did not want to have to list her
Deported COLUMBIAN Alien Husband on the deed,
or bring her property up to code. In addition, 
Realtor SCOTT KEVIN BAGWELL had 
already put a contract on her property.
