The Scott K. Bagwell property starts almost a foot the other side of a chain link fence


In 1993, the property fronts were equal in height

In 1996  the front looked like this at the front property line.
They added a driveway, and increased property elevation to the
height of the house "pad" at their back-yard West property 
boundary Basketball Court, and their whole back yard


1996: Bagwell's property rises in the front and gets higher,
leaving a sheer "cliff" at the property line.


Concrete was poured through our chain-link fence. We have a setback on our fence, due to the barbed wire that was initially installed on top of the fence.
I own approximately 1 FOOT of land on the other side of this fence.


Boards were added by Scott K. Bagwell under the raised fence, so even more fill could be brought in, to raise his property even higher.


They added 22" inches to the height of their property, and those cinder blocks are on our property, and pushing against our fence.  They hold up their gate on the other side.

Scott K. Bagwell filed an owner/builder permit,
but I do not see him in this picture.  These unlicensed
contractors (per depositions/transcripts) are building
this fence to a height in excess of 7 feet. 

The Maximum allowed by Davie Town Code is 6 Feet.

Code Compliance Head, Daniel Stallone, refuses to cite Bagwell,
but acts on Bagwell's complaints within hours.

Plaintiffs Bagwell & Gregory, and Quintero swore that the my fence and shrubs belonged to them, and a Restraining Order was filed so I could not interfere with the property sale by making complaints.

SO WHY DID THEY HAVE TO BUILD A SECOND FENCE
 IN FRONT OF THE ONE THEY SWORE THEY OWNED ?????


"Shoddy workmanship" is what the State of Florida is trying to prevent,
and provides up to $5000.00 fine per incident.
  The Titusville
application of this statewide law notes it is a 3rd degree felony to lie.
Bagwell could not produce any receipts, including FICA tax as required.
The back of Bagwell's fence, facing our property looked like this.

Again, this is against Town Code for grade increase,
but Code Compliance, Headed by Daniel Stallone, has done NOTHING
