FSS 784.048(5): STALKING OF A MINOR Under 16: a 3rd Degree Felony

In court, under oath, Scott Kevin Bagwell falsely stated that we had "SEVEN VICIOUS DOBERMANS"

DCF showed up unexpectedly at our house to investigate
a call to the CHILD ABUSE HOTLINE that we had "SEVEN RABID DOBERMANS"

For over 2 years, SCOTT KEVIN BAGWELL has willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly played music so loud in his GARAGE, with the garage door open (even in the rain), serving no legitimate purpose, except to awaken our son since the time he was an infant, and prevent his sleeping through afternoon naps, and late into the night.  Our son could not enjoy the light of day through his bedroom window, BECAUSE WE HAD TO BOARD IT UP TO KEEP HIS CRIB FROM VIBRATING.

Our son has been bombarded with loud music since he was an infant, 
and still cannot sleep through the night.

How LOUD is this "music"? OVER 107 Decibels!

This level was recorded during one of Bagwell's parties, as Sean, our young son screamed uncontrollably.  We have even had to remove the plastic panels from the suspended ceiling in the kitchen, to keep them from vibrating.  This approaches the level of an airport runway.

The loud music with the heavy bass was virtually an everyday affair, and the police did nothing, until I started handing out copies of the Davie Town Ordinance concerning NOISE.

After more than 2 years of constant complaining and going before the town council, Bagwell was recently cited and fined.  Our son still cannot sleep during the night.

department protects stalkers.  In June of 2003, the application of FLORIDA STATE STATUTE 784.048(5) to this case has been evaluated and confirmed applicable by Attorney Neal Miller J.D.,  (University of Pennsylvania), Principal Research Associate for the Institute For Law and Justice, Consultant to Federal, State (including Florida), and Local Governments and Agencie.  Attorney Miller  "Wrote The Book" on stalking, and personally wrote the ILJ's Final Report  on Stalking.  His forte includes 42 U.S.C. 1983 litigation.

Now for the part that proves Bagwell LIED UNDER OATH AND TO THE CHILD ABUSE HOTLINE:

IF WE HAD SEVEN RABID/VICIOUS DOGS, 
WHY DID HE LOWER HIS 8yr OLD
NEPHEW INTO OUR YARD
OVER HIS 7' FENCE?

Bagwell would hoist his brother's wife's son into our yard, the yard he swore under oath had "7 vicious Dobermans." (from depositions & trial transcripts).

He knew these dogs were not vicious, especially from all the times he lowered his own nephew over his 7' tall fence, and trespassed on our property.  We had POSTED our yard with "NO TRESPASSING" signs, but they came in anyway.
