Both of Bagwell's dogs, Lucky and Rusty, would run away to our house, and we
would take them in so they wouldn't. be run over by a car. They would drink from our dog's
water dishes like they were very very thirsty.

LUCKY  had numerous tumors, and one was the size of a small grapefruit. During the
trial, less than 4 months after these pictures were taken, they blamed us for the
death of their tumor infested dog.

The size of the tumor on Bagwell's dog was the size of a small grapefruit.

It seemed they would always come over to our house for a drink of water, and we set out a separate dish of dog food for them.

At first we would return Bagwell's Dogs.  But after he put up cameras pointed at our bedroom
(from trial transcripts and depositions), and still there today, and accused us of stalking,
we no longer personally returned his dogs, so as not to be accused of trespassing. (See Scott K. Bagwell's TV camera on the side of his house in the pictures below.) There are no other "security" cameras for his back yard or pool, and none on the side of his house that faces 142nd Avenue, the two areas most likely to be used by burglars.  He told a judge in 1998 that this was a "Security Camera," and was just pointed at our Bedroom, Bathroom, and yard just a few minutes to focus them.  That was in 1998, and it is 2004 now. I guess it takes a long time to focus these cameras. Davie Police Officer Robert Labelle walked with me to the center of our back yard, and this camera could clearly be seen.  I guess Scott K. Bagwell is watching our property, my family, and our dogs so that we can be safe.  Prior to this, he used to climb up on his roof with friends at midnight, but told the judge that he was only inspecting his roof in the dark.

The TV Camera belonging to Scott K. Bagwell is still aimed at our house and yard.

Bagwell's dogs "Lucky" foreground, and "Rusty," in our yard.  They would constantly get out and run
in front of cars on 142nd Ave.  We kept them in our yard with our dogs until he got home.

After Scott K. Bagwell installed cameras, we asked neighbors to put Bagwell's dogs back inside his yard.

Even after the trial, we still would hold "Rusty" when he ran away from Bagwell,
and he would play with our dogs.   3 of the 4 dogs in this picture are ours, and the
Dobermans were off romping in the back yard.

As of July, 2003, Bagwell's own dog "RUSTY" still roams the neighborhood at will.

A finger, lawsuit, threats, and harassment has been our reward.

We had to board up our infant's window, so that he could sleep through Bagwell's NOISE. That was 2-1/2 years ago.
